This issue has been resolved and print jobs can now be released. We will continue to monitor.

Print ID card login
We continue to monitor an issue affecting some customers' ability to authenticate to print devices using their CBE ID badge. If you are affected, please submit an incident via the Service Desk portal or call the Service Desk. Note that the current workaround is to manually authenticate via the printer panel.
